Prepare compliance and legal paperwork for European Healthcare Professionals engagements and coordinate related logistics.
- Give logístical and administrative support for internal meetings, trainings, regional external events and Professional Education activities.
- Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and intercompany approval forms.
- Give support to the execution of sales incentives programs.
- Distribute samples and promotional material.
- Update access to all marketing and sales tools for field Teams as required.
- Give support to other marketing activities and projects to support business needs.
Multinational medical company|Temporary opportunity
- Strong organisational skill preferably with a bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent by experience.
- Some experience in event management will be a bonus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded and with an agile attitude.
- Ability to work independently, methodically, have excellent communication skills, be a team player and have a strong command of the English language.
The Marketing Assistant will join the Professional Education Team reporting to the Clinical Education Manager. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Regional Marketing Team field-based opportunities covering Europe.
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Remote option.
