**KAM eCommerce Healthcare Temporary - Barcelona**
**Job Mission and Main Responsibilities**
- Want to deliver far more than just growth? As a KAM eCommerce with Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to turn an already-strong customer relationship into something beautiful.- Responsible for the development of Health & Nutrition brands in eCommerce customers (Sell-in & Sell-out):
- Leading the sub-channel cell, composed of an eCommerce Marketing manager, a Supply Manager, and a Finance Manager, with an agile approach.
- Define & implement sub-channel strategy: assortment, pricing, promotion, visibility.
- Representation of the sub-channel within the company.
- Direct commercial contact with customers & development of long-term partnership with them.
- Business negotiation: Contracts, net prices, promotional & visibility plan, etc...
- P&L ownership: ROI analysis, investment optimization.
- Full coordination with eCommerce Marketing peers in forecasting, event planification and execution, sellout & market share analysis, and sales development through marketing KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, repeat rate, pricing).
- Constant seek of business opportunities to maximize growth.
- Coordination with other colleagues and departments: other KAMs (Ecommerce, Mass Market, Pharma), Trade managers, Brands, Supply, Finance and Global eCommerce teams.

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master on Digital / E-Commerce will be valued.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and trade marketing.
- Preferably in eCommerce or Omnichannel positions.
- Preferably in Pharmacy sector.
- Languages required:
- The business language in RB is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
Professional Skills & Competencies:
- Agility, team spirit, analytic, strategic skills, communication skills, negotiation skills.
- Growth mindset and result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and passionate about eCommerce.
- High interest in Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales and Finance areas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
