JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Product Manager is a key role in Roiback to define, plan and launch new products, product updates and product partnerships
Responsible for defining improvements according to the vision and strategy of the company, minimizing risks and maximizing the profitability of the project
Ensuring the Product improvements are adopted and add value to clients, meet stakeholders’ needs and creates differentiation from Roiback competitors
The Product manager is responsible for the strategy, planning, execution and launch of a Product
**Responsibilities**:
1. Product discovery phase
Analyze and collect our clients and market needs, interested stakeholders, main competitors, to define the product improvements and required functionalities
2. Creation of product documentation
Project / functionalities (Product Requirement Document - PRD, commercial presentation, sales peach, Q&R, client briefings, start-up procedure, )
3. Coordinate and collaborate in the product development cycle
with the involved teams in the different development phases.
4. Train & support teams & produce product articles
Coordinate training to Sales teams and DCS teams to ensure knowledge of new products and updates.
Colaborate with Mk&Coms area to communicate to the market new products and updates to reach the maximum exposure.
Support the sales team collaborating in new customers recruitment and helping in the presentation of new products / functionalities. Also, to the DCS and CRSMNG team, giving support in the presentation and implementation of the products / functionalities of our clients
5. Create and developing collaboration agreements with product partners
Identify, manage and develop Partnerships that bring added value to Roiback customers complementing our product to cover the complete direct digital ecosystem
