We now have a requirement within our sales support team. This team is an essential part of the Watson Marlow business; processing the day-to-day Sales office transactions, working to the procedures and deadlines set by the company. You will look to review and highlight improvements within the department as well as get the opportunity to build and maintain good relationships with our valued Customers and Colleagues (internal and external) in an efficient manner.
**This role will focus on**:
- Provide direct customer contact in taking orders from various communication channels.
- Where appropriate, direct customers and potential clients to the most appropriate team to enable sound decisions to be made on the purchase and use Watson Marlow Group Company Products.
- Aftersales Support - Take a lead on Return Goods Authorization's (RGA)
- Specify and produce standard product quotes within the timescale specified.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
**Qualifications**:
- Commercial background
- Experience in customer service
- Familiar with MS-Office world
- Preferably MS-AX experience and general IT user skills
