Finance & Administration Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Accounting & Finance: Perform daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoice issuance, and preparation of financial statements.
2. Document Management: Organize and maintain company files such as contracts, invoices, customs clearance documents, and correspondence.
3. HR & Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes including job posting, interview arrangements, and onboarding. Handle employee attendance, leave management, travel allowance calculation, and offboarding procedures.
4. Office Administration: Manage front desk reception, phone calls, holiday greetings, gift inventory, and office supplies.
5. Subsidiary Support: Assist with rental housing, insurance, car rental, and phone service arrangements for subsidiary staff. Support license plate registration and promotional events.
6. Other Tasks: Provide assistance in marketing activities and other business or management-related tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; must be a Spanish citizen. Proficient in English
2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Spain, or a degree in Finance/Business Administration from a Spanish institution.
3. Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting standards; capable of accurate invoice issuance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Familiarity with Spanish taxation and labor regulations.
Pay: 3,000.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
