Tasks
Deine Verantwortlichkeiten und Auswirkungen als Administration Support sind:
- Interaktion als Problemlöser und Unterstützung von Kollegen mit Kundenkontakt bei der Bearbeitung komplexer Vertragsfragen etc.
- Gewährleistung einer schnellen und schnellen Problemlösung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Anleitung zur Problemlösung, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erreichen
- mit Kunden in Kontakt zu stehen und deren Bedürfnisse direkt zu verstehen.
**Requirements**:
Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein:
- Deutsch als Muttersprache und gute Englisch
- ODER Spanischkenntnisse
- Mit Vorerfahrung / Hintergrund in der Verwaltung / Backoffice-Arbeit
- Koordiniertes, organisiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Energiegeladen, innovativ sein und proaktiv und schnell arbeiten
- Begeisterung für interkulturelle Kommunikation und den Lebensstil der Expatriate
- In Barcelona leben oder bereit sein, für eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Barcelona zu ziehen
- Im Besitz einer gültigen spanischen Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich).
