Assistant Home Management Real Estate

Como assistant del equipo home management formarás parte del equipo de nuestras oficinas centrales. Tus principales funciones consistirán en:
- Realizar las visitas de mantenimiento de las diferentes propiedades que tenga a su cargo.
- Reportar al cliente, las incidencias de lo que haya ocurrido en su hogar.
- Solicitar presupuestos a otras compañías cuando sea necesario, según necesidades del cliente, bien para reparación o para nueva instalación de algún elemento en la propiedad.
- Reporte de siniestros a las compañías de seguros, seguimiento y resolución de problemas.
- Preparar las propiedades para los check in y check out: limpieza, lavandería, organizar servicio de transfer, welcome pack etc...
- Informar mensualmente al cliente sobre el estado de su propiedad.
- Contacto con las Comunidades de Propietarios para informar de cualquier incidencia que se produzca en las propiedades que gestionamos.
**Requisitos**:
- Excelentes habilidades de organización para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar proyectos con varios interlocutores.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en campo o capacidad similar.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (oral y escrita)
- Competente con tecnología como Microsoft Office, internet, redes sociales etc..
- Idiomas: castellano hablado y escrito / inglés hablado y escrito (preferible disponer de B2)
- Coche propio
