We are a growing real estate agency with an office in Marbella. We are now looking for an experienced real estate agent to join our growing team and be in charge of the Fuengirola area. We have many leads in Fuengirola and our goal is to open an office there within one year.

As a real estate agent with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with an extensive network of clients and properties in a driven team in a warm and inspiring work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential buyers/sellers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate and close deals
- Keep up-to-date with the local property market

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (good Spanish is a plus)
- Strong sales skills and a passion for real estate
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
