Due to an ongoing high demand from Dutch and Swedish clients, we need another property sales agent to join our team at our office located at the Santa Clara Golf Course in Marbella.
We are a highly successful international real estate agency with more than 20 years of experience on the Costa del Sol.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reply to incoming enquiries from potential clients - abundant qualified leads provided to you - no cold calling involved.
- Arrange appointments between clients and vendors/developers to visit properties.
- Tour clients on the coast to view a selection of properties.
Experience within the Costa del Sol’s Real Estate business, knowledge of the coast is preferred as well as owning a car. We need you to speak Dutch/Swedish and English to a very high level.
Applicants must be able to legally work in Spain (NIE in place).
We offer you the opportunity to work within a great team of professionals at our beautiful new office with multinational people in a sales environment with great earning potential.
You will receive ongoing support and training.
