We are seeking a part-time Junior Data & Marketing Assistant to join our remote marketing team. As a Data & Marketing Assistant at Leadoo, you will work closely with both the Marketing Automation Manager and the Head of Marketing. You will analyse CRM and marketing data, support with prospecting for new business opportunities, source contact details of target accounts using our tech stack, and support on implementing day-to-day marketing activity - such as website updates & optimizations

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Analysis: Work with the Marketing Automation Manager to analyse, clean and report on data stored within our CRM system (Hubspot) and our own platform (Leadoo). This data helps shape everything from Sales to Marketing to Operational decisions.
- Prospecting Data: Support the Marketing Automation Manager on the prospecting of new business opportunities using a variety of tools in our stack. Find relevant organizations in different industries, source contact details, and build target lists for our Sales teams to approach.
- Website Optimization: Work with the Head of Marketing to help maximise Leadoo’s own website performance. Analyse performance and traffic data on not just the website, but Leadoo’s own technology that sits on it. Suggest optimizations and tests that could help improve performance.
- Tech Stack Support:
**Requirements**:

- Strong affinity and knowledge for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets required.
- Ability to process and report on data from multiple sources is required.
- Previous experience using a CRM system, such as Hubspot is preferred.
- Previous experience using a CMS platform, such as WordPress is preferred.
- Interest in technology and marketing as sectors is required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
