**The Role**
Partnerships & Affinities Sales Executive at Hiscox combines client facing relationship / business development skills. You will probably spend around 60% of your time out of the office working to capturing New Partners. Our team style is to work with Partners and get to know their needs, and the needs of their clients, and provide excellent customer service to meet those needs.
You will focus on the creation of new agreements either with: Insurers, Insurtech, Banks, technology Companies, Other Dealers, associations, etc
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Develop and maintain a network of current and prospective deals and further enhance the reputation of Hiscox in the market
- Effectively negotiate with both internal and external parties
- High standard of personal organization with some project management skills
- Identify points of contact with New Partners and use contacts to establish new agreements. Benchmark the market.
- Constant follow up of partners plan, deviation and corrective measures
- Creating and/or follow up of marketing/sales campaigns
- Be able to maintain initial conversations with partners regarding legal, operational, technical aspects of the agreement and to provide innovative solutions
- Partners’ products training
- To Be constant and organized searching for new Partners and follow-up
- Regular discussions with Direct &Partnerships Manager and all DPD Team.
- Regular meetings with All Partners
- Regular report on the progress of agreements and pipeline
**Sales**:
- Deep experience, understanding and knowledge of insurer products;
- Ability to be creative and solutions driven when overcoming potential obstacles;
- Proficient in understanding and interpreting management information and translating this into actions;
- Ability to negotiate with and influence decision makers both internal and external.
- Ability to explore new business opportunities: Insurer Market, Insurtech and other ecosystems;
- Ability to analyse and assess models and develop plans and actions arising from the data.

- Graduation degree in Law, Economy, Acturial Sciences or a related field;
