Key Partnerships Executive

More and more professional product brands want to promote the digitalisation of beauty salons. Our Key Partnerships Executive has a key function, since he/she will promote sales business development with a strategic vision, as well as maintain the relationship with the best professional brands in the beauty sector within the German market. We are currently partners with L'Oréal, Redken, Kérastase, Shu Uemura, Matrix, Biolage, Wella, O.P.I., La Biosthetique, Aveda, Comfort Zone, I.C.O.N. and Sephora around Europe but there’s a lot to do regarding this market.
Our Key Partnerships Executive will be part of our International Brand Partnerships Department and it will be based in our offices in Madrid.
Tasks
- Contact and close new business agreements and partnerships in the German Market
- Maintain and develop current projects and agreements for big accounts
- Negotiate long-term agreements and partnerships with a sales-focused strategy
- Prepare presentations for commercial proposals
- Attend and participate in commercial meetings both remotely and in person
- Carry out demonstrations on the operation of the software, both face-to-face and remote
- Coordinate projects with different departments such as Tech, Marketing, Press, Sales, Onboarding, Operations and Finance
- Follow up on the projects and make sure everything is well connected, information is conveyed effectively and project timelines are met
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working for the German Market
- Proficiency in German (mandatory) oral and written
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or English oral and written
- Historic of good communication and sales skills
- Experience in the beauty industry in the German market (L'Oréal, Wella, Davines, Aveda)
- Attention to detail and eagerness to reaching and exceeding objectives
- Quick responsiveness and adaptability
- Easiness in establishing and maintaining quality professional relationships
- Knowledge of the Office Package
