**Job Details**:We are looking for a collaborator to join Alliances and Channels on our Partner Ecosystem Development team. Together, we are passionate about growing Salesforce capacity, capability and success through the partner ecosystem.

Your focus on EMEA & LATAM Resellers will support the growth and success of reseller partners that pitch, sell and deploy Salesforce products and services to our customers. You will align with the A&C reseller leadership team to design, prioritise and implement programs that will move the needle in our indirect selling motion.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Reseller Go-to-Market leads, Channel Account Managers, Partner Sales, and Direct Sales teams to develop comprehensive development programs for reseller partner influencers and sales teams.
- Take ownership of growth, capability and success metrics across the lifecycle of a Salesforce reseller.
- Complete a range of programs and initiatives that directly influence partner proficiencies & credentials; understand and report on how your investments are influencing partner growth, success and capability.
- Be the trusted advisor to the Partner Salesforce Practice and other partner team members and support their efforts to enable and develop their practice, supercharging their efforts to identify, incubate, and bring to market offerings built with Salesforce Clouds and Industries.
- Lead with analytics and data, demonstrating a detailed understanding of success metrics that will influence your decision making while planning an impactful program that spans across all of the fiscal year.
- Identify whitespace with partners and Salesforce enablement teams to cover gaps in the partner development track for partner sales roles.
- Develop scalable learning assets through cross-functional coordination (Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, Partner Marketing) and champion organisational change to expose internal resources to external partners.
- Plan and participate in quarterly business reviews with Salesforce team members and key partner executive sponsors.
- Be a curious, connected and driven collaborator that continuously seeks to expand their network of internal and external collaborators. Always innovate to be more efficient and effective.

Skills and Competencies
- Familiarity with software sales processes from lead generation through to implementation including the partner channel.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and/or Industries and the desire to learn more.
- Experience in building enablement programs, prioritization with multiple collaborators, project
- and change management.
- Proven written, verbal and presentation skills at executive levels to quickly establish credibility with partners.
- Proficient in business English, secondary language a bonus.
- Results and delivery focuesed self-starter with the ability to deliver on commitments and deliverables in a timely manner and that can work independently.
- Encouraged Travel: 20% - 40%
