About the job:
The Partner Ecosystem Marketing team in EMEA is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager. Our partner ecosystem is vital to Red Hat’s continued success. The focus of this role is working with our regional strategic partners EMEA region, defining individual marketing plans that include digital as well as traditional marketing elements and to drive joint client references and success stories, with a specific focus on Cloud. In this role you will be working closely with the EMEA business leaders as well as our regional marketing and sales teams to coordinate implementation and execution across the different EMEA sub regions. Following Red Hat’s open organization principles, you will be working closely with global stakeholders, coordinating with regional teams and managing key relationships within the EMEA sales and marketing team. You will be part of a young and dynamic marketing team, covering multiple routes to market.

What you will do:

- Help our regional dreams define marketing plans for regional focus partners
- Coordinate execution and planning across multiple different regions
- Coordinate with partner marketing managers for different routes to market to address strategic initiatives and objectives
- Promote joint partner offerings
- Drive new client references
- Manage global and regional stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Deliver against net new pipeline generation targets
- Build annual marketing plan for regional Cloud partners

What you will bring:

- Proven experience leading partner marketing strategies and initiatives (ideally in tech sector)
- Ability to clearly articulate use cases and value propositions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (second language is a plus)
- Thorough understanding of digital and traditional marketing tactics
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Passion for working within multicultural and diverse environment
- Excellent project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
