Are you ready to step into a role that can transform our business growth? We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to own and scale all aspects of partner marketing at Make. The partner ecosystem is a crucial part of our business, comprising of solutions, strategic and technology partnership teams, and this role will have significant opportunities to drive programs that meaningfully impact our ecosystem success.

You will be responsible for driving joint marketing programs for key partners around the world, and for planning and executing campaigns together with our partners to drive demand, revenue, and raise awareness of our joint propositions. If you thrive on driving business growth and transformation through partner routes-to-market, this role is for you.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead and execute multi-channel co-marketing campaigns that drive partner adoption, engagement, and revenue.
- Collaborate with solution, technology, and strategic partners to develop joint marketing plans, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- Manage and optimize partner marketing funds (MDF) to maximize impact on pipeline and ARR.
- Own comprehensive partner marketing collateral and create compelling content - such as case studies, webinars, and eBooks - that supports joint initiatives and scales across the ecosystem.
- Build marketing playbooks and enablement resources for both, ecosystem teams and partners, to share best practices and drive consistency across partner efforts.
- Act as the internal champion for partner programs, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals and coordinated execution.

**What we expect from you**:

- Proven track record in partner marketing, channel, GTM marketing, or related roles.
- Background in B2B SaaS, tech marketing, preferably in automation or integration.
- Broad marketing skillset with experience across multiple disciplines and channels
- Strong stakeholder management instincts and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight and insight into action.
- Tech-forward, comfortable with AI tools - or ready to learn quickly. You like testing new tools and workflows to work smarter and are keen to build your skills as AI evolves.
- Full professional proficiency in English; German or French is a plus.
