**The Role**:

- As **Partner Marketing Programs Manager (all gender)**, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive partner marketing programs with our global partner network that align with the company's business objectives. This involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive joint marketing initiatives and support business growth. You will **report to the**Global Partner Marketing Programs Manager**.

**What you'll do**
- **Partner Marketing Program**: execute comprehensive partner marketing programs that align with the company's business objectives.
- **Manage Campaigns**: execute and optimize marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and revenue growth through partner channels.
- **Enable Partners**:**Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to effectively market and sell our products and services.
- **Analyze** Performance**: Track and review the performance of partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Budget Tracking**: manage partner marketing activities and track budget
- **Content**: Develop marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital content to support partner marketing efforts.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and manage partner events, webinars, and workshops to foster collaboration and engagement.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- **Collaboration**:**collaborate with field marketing team to the team are amplifying partner marketing programs in the region by providing partners with the necessary resources, training, and support.

**What you bring to the table**
- 6-7+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in demand generation roles for B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track-record of success in partnering with Sales for common goals
- Data-driven marketing demonstrated analytical ability and orientation for detail.
- You have the ability to travel. You are comfortable proactively addressing issues along with solutions and takes initiative to fix them
- Excellent communication skills in English.
