**What you will be doing**

As a member of the People, Culture & Talent Team, you will be responsible for the successful planning and implementation of the organizations Learning & Development initiatives, globally. With the creation of our Gelato Academy, this role will be fundamental in making sure that we unlock the potential of human creativity and empower our team to drive development autonomously.

**This will involve**:

- The development and implementation of learning strategies and programs
- Knowledge of innovative learning systems and trends as well as considering opportunities to incorporate AI and technology to the center of what we do and how we work
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors externally and stakeholders internally while maintaining budgets where necessary
- Implement numerous learning methods (e.g. coaching, online training, in person training, motivational speakers) to keep engagement high and educate our way of thinking and learning
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs globally and across all levels
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and and other trainings to the whole organization
- Constantly assess the success of development plans through the creation of insightful data in order to help team members make the most of learning opportunities.

**Who you are**:

- You will have experience in the Learning & Development field for 4+ years, ideally having worked in a global environment that required you to build learning solutions
- Have current knowledge of effective Learning & Development methodologies and are able to communicate examples of how this can be beneficial to Gelato and its environment
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Desirable to know SanaLabs or similar Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
- You will have experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Be able to effectively work in a self starter environment with large amounts of autonomy and encouraged creativity
- Ability to build rapport with team members and have genuine interest in the their development
- You will have a can do attitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
