Desde nuestra sede en Pallejà (Barcelona) damos servicio a cientos de colegios en toda España, combinando eficiencia, sostenibilidad y una experiencia de usuario moderna.
Como School Manager, serás responsable de gestionar la relación comercial y operativa con colegios y AMPAs, garantizando un servicio eficiente y de calidad en cada fase del proceso.
Funciones principales- Gestionar la relación comercial y operativa diaria con colegios y AMPAs.
- Atender y resolver de forma ágil consultas, dudas e incidencias.
- Preparar y actualizar las listas de libros que se publicarán en la web.
- Planificar y coordinar las fechas de las operaciones comerciales (campañas de venta).
- Gestionar cambios masivos de libros (correcciones y modificaciones colectivas) y evaluar su impacto económico.
- Supervisar los pedidos pendientes de alumnos (pedidos en espera).
- Gestionar solicitudes y pedidos de colegios mediante formularios internos.
- Analizar y gestionar las operaciones de devolución y recompra con los centros.
- Permiso de conducir vigente.
- Disponibilidad y flexibilidad horaria.
- Excelente dominio oral y escrito de español y catalán.
- Nivel de lectura en inglés.
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Experiencia con software CRM para la gestión de clientes.
Se valorará
- Conocimientos de Salesforce o SAP.
- Experiencia previa en el sector educativo o editorial.
- Vehículo propio para realizar visitas a centros educativos.
