Your role in this journey
As Account Manager Photography Network, your job will be to recruit and onboard interior photographers located in Bookiply’s region in DACH. You will manage and coordinate freelance photographers responsible for photographing Bookiply’s properties. Hence, you will be a nexus between Sales teams, photographers and homeowners.
- Own the entire sourcing process for our German photographer network including long-listing, organization of trial shoots and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate the visual content production and visual presentation of our properties.
- Ensure a high level of quality of our visual content before „going live “ and handle feedback cycles and communication with photographers.
- Work closely together with our account management and product teams.
- Identify and realize projects to further improve cross-departmental and visual content production processes.
Your backpack is filled with
- Passion for visual aesthetics and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in German and English.
- A university degree, ideally in media, communication science, business studies, tourism, or similar studies.
- Demonstrated excellence in academic, professional or extracurricular activities.
- First experience in a business environment and/or content production.
- A process-oriented mindset and an understanding of our target groups.
- An independent and solution-oriented work style.
- Focus on details, creativity, team-mindedness and an independent work style.
