**SCF HQ is looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING & PRODUCT ANALYST (DEPOSITS ACTIVITY), based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE OFFICE (HEADQUARTERS)**

**Santander Consumer Finance **focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **DIGITAL MARKETING & PRODUCT ANALYST (DEPOSITS ACTIVITY), **you will be responsible of the Supervision retail deposits activity in SCF Units

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Coordination of the implementation of commercial strategies in each SCF unit. Assessing the actions, both marketing and commercial, in the management of attracting and retaining customer deposits.
- Monitoring business plans: products, balances, interest rates, financial expenses and opex. Identifying weaknesses in the strategy and improving action plans. Benchmarking with other funding sources, market share and costs.
- Leading digital transformation through the development of Digital Plans of the units to improve the business. Digital Plans follow -up of or each unit. Analysis of digital status of all units (web, AOP, UX/CX, App)
- Multichannel distribution, follow up the evolution in the different devices, digital marketing, CRM and PRM.
- Coordination, preparation, and monitoring of customer deposit budgets. Review and control the financial margin of the units. Identifying deviations and providing alternatives to rebalance it.

EXPERIENCE
- Experience around 6-8 years in sales-oriented marketing or Internet business development.

EDUCATION
- University Degree in Marketing, ADE or similar, Communication or Digital Marketing.
