**Wealth Management & Insurance **division is looking for an **Insurance Data & Digital Marketing **Manager/Specialist **based in our **Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As an **Insurance Data & Digital Marketing Manager/Specialist **you will help the Group in our digital transformation working closely with the countries and divisions in order to understand their digital marketing ecosystem and maturity, their digital marketing and CRM strategy, data analytics and sales funnel behavior, as well as strengths and weaknesses to improve their delivery and conversion by helping them optimize their digital operations and sales strategy.

This position requires strong digital and direct-to-customer analytics experience to provide actionable, insight driven analysis, focused on selling insurance products. You will provide reporting and insights to multiple aspects of the business, merging behavioral data, business KPIs, customer analytics, and marketing metrics into actionable recommendations for the business teams. You will leverage strong relationships across many functions including but not limited to CRM, Finance, IT, Marketing, Buying, Planning, Merchandising, Digital Operations and Customer Service.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Cloud projects regarding data integrations and warehousing.
- Global initiatives aligning local needs and expectations.
- Complex data projects with multiple stakeholders (CRM, CRO, Data, Cyber, Insurance and Legal).
- End to end journeys.
- Funnel conversion optimization.
- Analytical tools rollout and optimization (Google Analytics, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc).
- KPIs and SLAs understanding and monitorization.
- Retargeting strategies definition and tool selection to implement it
- Develop Marketing campaigns best practices
- Improve insurance product offering by providing insights about the next best go-to-market strategies extracted by the analytics of customer behaviors, cross-sell recommendations and retargeting strategies.
- Work with the Sales Enablement team and perform many of the day-to-day activities that have been more fully defined and documented. Provide consistent communication with Sales and management regarding the progress.

EXPERIENCE
- At least 5-10 years of experience designing and implementing end-to-end customer transformation processes building personalized and relevant customer experiences based on data to achieve business outcomes.
- Valuable International marketing or tech companies previous experience.
- Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action and adjust to change are key attributes to this role.
- Experience with Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Site tagging implementation.
- Synthesizing data from multiple sources.

EDUCATION
- University Degree.
- Specific digital marketing / data analytics skills.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- Experience in insurtech work that includes data analytics a digital marketing capabilities.
- Solid Project management skills in customer transformation projects.
- Previous International project coordination.
- Martech tools knowledge (Google Analytics, GMP, Facebook Business Manager, AWS, Adobe, Salesforce...)
- Fluent English and Spanish, Portuguese is very desirable.
- Highly effective communication skills; able to clearly articulate key learnings or concepts to non-technical partners.
- Ability to use data visualization tools.
- Experience working in international teams, and ability to understand cultural differences and work in different cultural and linguistic environments.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
