**Wealth Management and Insurance is looking for a **Global Actuarial Manager **, based in our Boadilla office.**

**The Wealth Management & Insurance division **covers three businesses in all Santander Group countries: Insurance, Asset Management and Private Banking. We work to provide the best solutions to our clients in this three businesses in the 10 countries where we have a presence.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Global Actuarial Manager **, you will be in charge of the independent Solvency II Key Actuarial Function Hierarchically reporting and located under the Global Head of Insurance of the company.

Must have enough knowledge to coordinate and control the technical provisions in the Solvency II economic balance, give recommendations and opinions about the risks and solvency position of the entity and interaction and cooperation with the other key functions.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Coordinate the revision of technical provisions AS A 2LoD.
- Ensure the appropriateness of the methodologies and underlying models used as well as the assumptions made in the REVISION of technical provisions.
- Assess the sufficiency and quality of the data used in the revision of technical provisions.
- Ensure the appropriateness of the best estimates parameters used in calculation of technical provisions.
- Inform the administrative, management or supervisory body of the reliability and adequacy of the calculation of technical provisions.
- Express an opinion on the overall underwriting policy and on the adequacy of reinsurance arrangements
- Contribute to the effective implementation of the risk management system, in particular with regard to the risk modelling underpinning the calculation of Solvency II capital requirements.

- Responsibility for actuarial function in insurance company
- Consulting firm under Solvency II
- Technical provisions estimation under Solvency II
- +10 years of experience
