**WM&I T&O is looking for a WM&I T&O Digital Demand Investment Manager based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**The Wealth Management & Insurance division **covers three businesses in all Santander Group countries: Insurance, Asset Management and Private Banking. We work to provide the best solutions to our clients in this three businesses in the 10 countries where we have a presence.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **WM&I T&O Digital Demand Investment Manager **, you will be creating and managing -forward-looking digital solutions across wealth management division segments and products while ensuring its landing to our local countries.

We expect you to support the development and research of new digital business opportunities & partnerships for WM&I with focus on investment products/tools with solid expertise in executing, tracking and delivering on a plan.

Also, you will keep tracks of the overall progress and deliveries of a limited scope of projects, identifying risks and dependencies and ensuring alignment with the business needs as well as with the Global Group Strategy.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Work with businesses areas to analyse the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Coordinate gathering of priorities with countries to optimize business value delivered.
- Manage organization and cultural change and track business and technical metrics to measure product impact.
- Enable collaboration across different roles and functions, provide business vision and guide development with focus on client impact.
- Scaling the model for future countries and gather future view, coordinate different stakeholders, committees, and contracts in preparation of approval and start the project.
- External and Internal providers management
- Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.

EXPERIENCE
- External and Internal providers management
- Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.
- 5+ year of experience in digital banking, fintech, Retail or PB Project Manager, Program Manager or Product Manager.

EDUCATION

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Advanced English
- Ability to translate complex IT technical language into a clear business strategy
- Ability to generate new ideas and creative approaches
- Knowledge of the future, digital technology, and ability to think big and listening to the market and customers, challenging ideas, and taking actions fast to improve
- Great listening and collaboration skills with clear communication
- Microsoft Office (Expert)
- Jira (Average)
- Development and agile principals (desired)
