**WEALTH MANAGEMENT & INSURANCE is looking for a DIGITAL INSURANCE SR ANALYST, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.**

**The Wealth Management & Insurance division **covers three businesses in all Santander Group countries: Insurance, Asset Management and Private Banking. We work to provide the best solutions to our clients in this three businesses in the 10 countries where we have a presence.

In the division we have a global T&O that is delivering several transformational projects, such as new Global Banker Platform, Data Strategy, Cybersecurity framework, Public Cloud Implementation, among others.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Digital Insurance Sr. Analyst **, you will contribute to the set-up of the digital insurance strategy, based on advanced analytics and digital marketing campaigns to increase insurance customer experience and digital sales across geographies. The position is situated within the Global Insurance team that is one of three businesses within the Wealth Management & Insurance Division, along with Asset Management and Private Banking.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Define the digital strategy and roadmap for insurance digital sales, with focus on advanced analytics tools to provide traceability of our customers and non customers behaviour and needs.
- Implement global dashboard with insurance digital KPIs to enhance the decision making around the value offer, model distribution and profitability ratios of the Group insurance business.
- Develop digital marketing actions along with countries to drive website traffic to Santander Insurance website and generate higher quality leads.
- Analyse insurance digital sales funnels and implement retargeting campaigns to promote brand awareness and get back loss potential customers.
- Present results and recommendations to business partners and stakeholders to drive the decision-making process
- Collaborate with matrix business stakeholders to understand project developments and assess impacts to digital sales and insurance data and analytics (Insurance teams, CRM, Digital Marketing, IT...)

EXPERIENCE
- 5 years experience in advanced data analytics / digital marketing

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of banking and insurance businesses highly valued
- Market tools knowledge (Google Analytics, Salesforce...)
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and programming language will be welcomed.
- Deep analytical and modelling skills
- Fluent English and Spanish (C1) is required
