**Santander Consumer Finance HQ is looking for a **Funnel Conversion Expert **.**

**Santander Consumer Finance **focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

You will be leading the strategy and execution for CRO to drive conversion increases for our checkout lending products and will lead the activities of cross-functional and multicultural teams.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Drawing up the CRO strategy for the checkout lending products in all DCB countries.
- Increase the no. of transactions in our products.
- Manage relationship with relevant departments such as IT, Risk and Compliance to optimize onboarding funnel.
- Work on a digital acquisition strategy to drive more user into our ecommerce products.

EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience in CRO and Digital Marketing

EDUCATION
- Master of Science in marketing, business administration, reverse engineering or similar.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Advanced in English (Other languages will be a plus)
- Business and product experience in consumer finance
- Experience in CRO, digital marketing, marketing automation and development of customer journeys
- Broad knowledge on the recent digital tools
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize activities, manages conflicts and meet deadlines while working in a complex environment.
