Después de su gran éxito en Francia (más de 2,5 millones de clientes y 6.500 puntos de venta asociados) en 2020, Nickel comenzó su expansión internacional, empezando por España donde está presente ya en más de 950 establecimientos de todo el territorio.

Nickel España busca incorporar un becario para dar apoyo al Departamento de Operaciones. Buscamos una persona flexible y polivalente, emprendedora y orientada al cliente para contribuir al éxito de Nickel en España.

**TAREAS PRINCIPALES**:

- Traducción y adaptación de todos los contenidos de comunicación, procesos y correos dirigidos a nuestros clientes y Puntos de Venta.
- Realización de estudios de mercado para generar insights (llamadas a clientes/Puntos de venta).
- Realización de pruebas de herramientas.
- Gestiones de Back Office: resolver peticiones de clientes / emisión de contratos de Puntos de Venta.

**Formación requerida**:

- Estudiante del penúltimo año de Administración de Empresas, Derecho o similar
- Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Habilidad en el manejo de internet, sistemas informáticos, etc.
- Elevado nível de inglés.Se valorara muy positivamente si también se tiene conocimiento de Francés)
- Buena capacidad de comunicación y síntesis
