Job Description This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking Student/New Graduate/ interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz The position is part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Department in Madrid, where you will join a passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. In brief, you will be responsible for: Owning the full customer service cycle: from the initial order all the way to the order invoicing Playing a pivotal role in the coordination between the client- vendor- logistics- finance Working hand-in-hand with the sales and finance team to prevent disputes and understand the difference in pricing Coordinating cross-functional teams locally (Retail, R&D, planning, supply chain, logistics, and finance) Act as a support to the customer service team with administrative support on an ad hoc basis and assist with customer service projects Qualifications Hard Skills & Capabilities Relevant degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain management Proficient in Business English and Spanish Language Great command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Power Point) Experience with SAP is a plus Please kindly note that it is necessary to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
