Job SummarySupport on Customer service department
- Tilburg Order Management & Tracking (STO's)
- Spanish local sales order Management & Tracking
- Monthly Stock control of consignment products - No aged stock of consignment products
- Monthly Stock control at logistic hub matched versus physical stock with auditors
- Resolution of Dispute cases - internal follow up - Every case
- Notifications
- Customer MOQ policy adherence vigilance
- Credit control & Collection support on blocked accounts (missing invoices, PoD signed) when requested
- Follow up and validation of logistic KPI's
- IT requests (bar code labels)
- Maintain Billing due list & Release billing documents for accounting.
- Local warehouse management in alignment with objectives.
