In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Owning the full customer service cycle: from the initial order all the way to the order invoicing
- Playing a pivotal role in the coordination between the client- vendor- logistics- finance
- Working hand-in-hand with the sales and finance team to prevent disputes and understand the difference in pricing
- Coordinating cross-functional teams locally (Retail, R&D, planning, supply chain, logistics, and finance)
- Act as a support to the customer service team with administrative support on an ad hoc basis and assist with customer service projects
Qualifications
Hard Skills & Capabilities
- Relevant degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain management
- Proficient in Business English and Spanish Language
- Great command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Experience with SAP is a plus
