Within our Global Business Services Projects Team, we are looking for a:
**Senior Project Professional**

The Senior Project Professional will lead medium sized projects within Global Business Services or participate in larger Bayer programs or key strategic projects of different nature, like transitions, implementations, mergers, and acquisitions, carve-outs, etc.

Be part of Bayer’s Global Business Services Projects Team, embracing new VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) leadership principles and scaling project capabilities to drive value to the organization and contribute to our Bayer Mission

**YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Lead or contribute to the successful project implementation in line with the agreed timelines.
- Provide project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, risk management and progress
- Translate business requirements and business process design into functional specifications.
- Prepare proper change management strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize resistance to change
- Contribute to the setup or improvement of operating models, policies and processes alongside the respective Global Process Owner
- Guarantee early identification of IT requirements for the project
- Ensure alignment of cross functional project impacts through interactions with different counter parts.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues on different professional levels in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Coordinate the alignment and implementation of processes for international partners, considering both business and legal requirements.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Admin, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- +3 years’ experience working in a project management environment.
- Project Management certifications (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall (PMP, Prince 2)) preferred.
- Outcome-oriented mindset focused on driving successful project results.
- Customer-centric approach to engage and enhance client satisfaction by co-creating solutions
- Adaptable and agile, ready to learn and evolve based on feedback.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English.
