**GTPM Project Professional**

We are looking for Project Professionals to join Bayer’s Global Transformation & Process Management Project Team for the region EMEA (Barcelona / Gdansk).

**You will**:

- Be part of a large project management organization delivering on the achievement of Program Goals for different functions within Bayer.
- You translate business requirements and business process design into functional specifications.
- Contribute to the setup or improvement of operating models, policies and processes alongside the respective Global Process Owner.
- Lead or contribute to the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project in line with the agreed timelines.
- Proactively evaluate and escalate risks and find appropriate mitigation actions in a timely manner.
- Alongside the respective Global Process Owner drive process optimization to further streamline processes.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues on different professional levels in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Regularly report on the status of the project to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Lead change and communication activities, preparing the organization for future changes derived from the project.
- Coordinate the alignment and implementation of processes for international partners, considering both business and legal requirements.
- Ensure alignment of cross functional project impacts through interactions with different counter parts.

**Who you are**:

- You have a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in the relevant field Business Admin / Project Management or equivalent.
- You have 1- 2 years’ experience working in a project management environment or have had exposure to formal project management techniques such as PMI or Prince2 certification.
- Prior experience in Project Management for ERP / SAP4Hana implementations is an advantage.
- Prior process know-how in the areas of Supply Chain, Legal, Quality, Procurement, HR, Finance is valued.
- You are able to adapt to different functional projects based on the business demand, given your high learning agility, flexibility and results driven mindset.
- You hold strong stakeholder management and communication skills and are able to leverage those skills across different cultures and functions to help you successfully work in a global and virtual environment.
- You are fluent in English.
