**The role**:
**Position activities**:
**Project Management Assistance**:

- Collaborate with the project team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Assist in preparing schedules and resource allocation.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Participate in project meetings and take detailed notes.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update project documents such as project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations.

**Administrative Support**:

- Perform administrative tasks related to project management.
- Coordinate and organize project events and activities.

**Learning and Development**:
- Be willing to learn and develop in the field of project management.
- Participate in training and development sessions.

**Your profile**:

- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration or, preferably, in Project Management.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) is preferred
- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- No previous experience required, but any internships or work related to project management will be valued.
