Overview:
**Senior Project Manager**

**Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** JV Project Leadership**: Support the end-to-end management of the JV creation project, from initial planning and partner negotiations to integration and post-sales activities. Drive project milestones and deliverables with a keen eye on timelines, quality, and budget.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams. Ensure alignment and commitment to project goals and deliverables.
- ** Contract and Risk Management**: Negotiate and manage complex contracts with partners and vendors. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- ** Market and Customer Insight**: Utilize your understanding of the market to inform project decisions and strategies. Ensure the JV proposition is compelling, competitive, and customer-focused.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Lead by example, promoting teamwork, and encouraging collaboration across project teams. Foster an environment of innovation and high performance.

**Education & Professional Qualifications**:

- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Formal project management training and certification (e.g., PMP).

**Experience & Skills**:

- Strong technical background with experience in ServiceNow or similar platforms, and a deep understanding of integration challenges and solutions.
- Solid commercial acumen and experience in driving market-making deals, with a track record of successful pre/post-sales management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer engagement skills, capable of navigating complex relationships and negotiations.
- Risk management prowess, with the ability to foresee, mitigate, and manage risks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, leading teams towards common goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
**Education & Professional Qualifications**:
