At ABCDx we are creating the future of point-of-care brain injury diagnostics by turning smartphones into medical devices. By pioneering the ability to decode chemical messages of the brain (brain biomarkers), we developed a clinically validated method to detect brain injury using just a single blood drop.

As we are building our team in Barcelona, we are looking for an Office Assistant to join us on our adventure. Your mission will be to handle all administrative, basic IT and organizational tasks under the supervision of the people and operations manager. This position could start as a part-time position.

**What you need to reach your full potential**
- Have a Bachelor´s degree
- Ideally, you bring some work or internship experience in a startup environment
- Are tech-savvy with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Office 365
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish. French and German are a plus.

**You will bring out your full potential by**
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle administrative tasks as needed, including filing, maintaining employee records, processing payroll, scheduling, data entry, and procurement. Ensure that the necessary resources are available for operations.
- **Team Support**: Provide support to the teams in the organization as needed. This could involve coordinating meetings, or stepping in to help with urgent issues.
- **Community Management**: (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter...) Updating our website and feed our social media channels with life
- Managing basic **finance & accounting tasks,** always trying to automatize and optimize as much as possible (Centralize all invoices, receipts and bank operations, budget preparation, review invoices for payment approval, make purchases for the team and track delivery, manage payments to vendors, etc.)
- Being the responsible/go to person for **IT stuff**

**Requirements**:
