You are a forward-looking, entrepreneurial and independent working Corporate Controller who acts as a Business Partner for the fast-growing Central Service Organization in all controlling aspects. You have to experience and interest to shape the controlling landscape for this organization as well as the passion for creating impact by implementing and executing new controlling task. You are open and communicative and can facilitate and foster communication between different locations, regions and businesses. You are a team player who takes on responsibility and enjoys the cultural environment of Straumann with its learner/player philosophy.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Finance Business Partnering for all departments of the existing and newly created Central Service Entities
- Owner of the forecasting and budgeting process of the Central Service Entities
- Proactive management of Headcount planning and phasing
- Ensuring performance transparency for service provider, receiver and Straumann Group for service activities going through the central set-up by developing, implementing, and managing service agreement and related controlling set-ups for a global customer base of the central service entities
- Regular interaction with senior management of all functions receiving or requesting services from the entities
- Preparation of reports and presentations to the senior management
- Creation of ad hoc analysis to increase transparency and identify deviations and improvement opportunities
- The position reports to the Head of Controlling Governance

YOUR PROFILE_**
- University/FH degree with focus on finance / controlling / auditing or comparable degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in controlling preferably in an international and industrial environment
- Proven track record of handling ERP systems (SAP FI/CO, SD/MM and SAP BW)
- MIS ALEA - knowledge is an advantage
- Sound IFRS knowledge
- Flexible and proactive “can do” attitude with the ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-enterprise tasks and processes with multiple stakeholders even in stressful situations and remotely
- Networked and abstract thinking skills, quick comprehension
- High IT & number affinity
- Assertive, resilient, and result-oriented personality who is both, self-driven and a strong team player
- Strong communicator with an open & positive attitude used to discuss with various stakeholders from different locations and different levels
- Fluent in English. Any additional language is an asset
