En **Logicalis Spain **queremos incorporar 1 perfil de **Service Manager **para incorporarse dentro de nuestra **BU de Data & Analytics.** **Requisitos**: - Experiência en Service Management bajo metodologías Agile. - Experiência en la gestión simultánea de diferentes cuentas / clientes. - Gestión de los recursos asignados a los diferentes servicios. - Control de la satisfacción del cliente. - Control de procesos de preventa de servicios gestionados. - Identificación de oportunidades en cliente actual. - Elaboración de propuestas. - Conocimientos de procesos de Analytics (arquitecturas de datos, procesos ingesta, herramientas de visualización, analítica avanzada,...). - Conocimiento de los perfiles generalmente empleados en servicios de Data & Analytics. - Perfil orientado a objetivos.
