There are numerous opportunities at SD Worx Spain for people with the right blend of skills, experience and character Are you ready to join us? **The Tribe Lead in SAP Consulting is a key leadership position responsible for guiding and managing a team of SAP consultants to deliver exceptional SAP solutions and services to clients.** **This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to drive successful SAP Payroll project outcomes.** **Among the Responsibilities** - **Responsible for overseeing a group or "tribe" of SAP Payroll consultants**: - **Managing their work on various SAP projects**: - **Ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions and services to clients**: - **Drive standardization actions/projects throughout the tribe (chapters)**: - **Ensure standardized ways of working are being used on the shopfloor**: - **Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SAP consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.**: - **Define team goals, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.**: - **Promote continuous learning and skill development among team members.**: - **Oversee multiple SAP projects within the tribe, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with client requirements.**: - **Assign project tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.**: - **Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.**: - **Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.** **What do we have to offer?** - An attractive salary based on your experience and achievement.
