Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP CPI-based integration solutions. Manage complex cloud integration landscapes involving multiple systems and platforms. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all CPI integration processes. Qualifications Years of experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP CPI and complex, global integration projects. Project management expertise: Extensive experience leading complex, multi-system SAP CPI integration projects, including strategic planning and stakeholder management. Functional Knowledge Strong understanding of cloud-based business processes and SAP S/4HANA integration. Knowledge of API-based integration and security protocols (OAuth, SSL, etc.). Technical Knowledge Expertise in SAP CPI, API integration (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, and data transformation. Proficiency in handling hybrid integration landscapes, connecting on-premise with cloud systems. Certifications: SAP CPI certification or related advanced certifications (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform certification). Soft skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Client-facing skills: Regularly interacts with clients to define CPI integration strategies and deliver solutions that meet their business needs. Languages: English full proficiency (required), proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous. Willingness to travel: up to 25% based on projects requirements. Experience with HR system integrations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is advantageous for certain strategic projects. Benefits
