**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

As **Regional Head** **Business Development** (Bus & Rail) for **Spain, Portugal & Morocco** you will report directly to the Business Development Director and you will be responsible for proactive pushing of GMV ITS Products, monitoring the ITS market, prospecting new clients, building new relationships with customers and suppliers, building and submitting commercial offers and following leads until closing new business. How?
- ** Promotion of GMV Intelligent Transport Systems** for bus and rail. Proactive push of GMV ITS Products with key stakeholders.
- Early **detection of opportunities **and regular contact with clients. Analysis of tender documentation and inquiries.
- Preparing interesting questions for clients and analysis of collected answers, looking for align GMV ITS products with customer needs.
- ** Preparing inquiries for subcontractors** and analysis of collected offers.
- Cooperation with the project & product departments in the definition of the most sensible techno-commercial approach to each project.
- ** End-to-end Commercial Proposal Management**, responsible for the preparation of commercial offers for both public and private sector customers, coordinating the support from GMV’s other departments (Project, Product, Maintenance, legal, )
- Conducting and finishing negotiations of commercial contracts with customers and subcontractors.
- Active Participation in exhibitions.
- Contribute to defining the Business Development strategy.

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

We are looking for **experts in Business development **with **background, interest **in this area and:

- Experience as a **Proposal Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Representative or Sales Support Engineer**.
- Experience in supplying turnkey systems which comprise services, hardware and software.
- Experience in **public tenders.**:

- Willingness and ability to understand and learn about technical ITS systems which may include HW, SW and services.
- Able to communicate complex technical issues, with effective presentation skills. Effective negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
- Spanish and English.
