Miravia - Homepage Content Manager - User Growth

Take ownership to build a Shopatainment experience for Miravia, plan and create onsite contents to boost user’s visiting and engagement on our site, including visuals, videos, page visiting, like and share, simple quiz actions, etc. - Lead onsite content projects, create calendars, set monitoring mechanism, and build content strategies along with managing brand and influencer collaborations - Engage brands (and sellers) to participate and co-invest in homepage channels through success stories and resource exchange, get the trendy contents from brands and develop co-branding cooperation. - Work with Marketing, Social, and Design team to co-create contents and build attractive story telling approach, reflecting local events, market trends, and our key value propositions - Work with Product and User Experience Design team to identify improvement areas that can make a more impactful business results and better user experience
At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing and social media management. -Preferably a degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Management / Design /Art or any other relevant experiences. -Creative and innovative, with strong sense in market trend and consumer behavior. -Result-driven with strong project management skill, able to work with and manage various stakeholders with positive mindset and strong problem-solving capability. -Strategic thinking; able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and recommendations. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment. -Proficient command of MS, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills. -Spanish native speaker, able to use English as the primary working language.
