**THE GIG**
We are looking for an outstanding Sales Operation Coordinator to come and work with us looking after our Spanish Wholesale Accounts
In addition to:
- Acting as key point of contact for enquiries from customers and other departments, working closely with our Sales, Distribution Centre, Supply & Demand and Finance Teams.
- Managing the relationship with our Wholesale customers, promptly providing them with all required information and supporting and working to resolve their queries, taking action where appropriate
- Ensuring that suitable measures are in place to protect the customer from undue failures of Quality, Cost or Delivery performance
- Ensuring prompt, timely and accurate input of customers’ orders within given deadlines
- Highlighting any problems/errors identified on customers’ orders and ensure customer order details are validated prior to order entry
- Releasing orders according to allocation coverage, customer requested delivery date, customer shipping and fulfilment requirements and company target needs.
- Handling returns of goods, strictly following the company’s guidelines and rules
- Maintaining the ship-to customers’ master file and audit data governance
- Liaising closely with other key departments such as finance and supply chain, to ensure full conformity to customer requirements and efficient handling of account.
- Liaising with the warehouse and distribution to ensure that VAS is carried out correctly and that SLA’s are respected as well as on time delivery

To be our **Sales Operations Coordinator** you will also possess these qualities:
- Proven track record in a Wholesale/Sales Operations function
- Proven experience in B2B relationships, ideally gained as part of the fashion/footwear industry
- Excellent math, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment
- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Additional fluency in Portuguese would be highly advantageous.
- An analytical mindset with a good understanding of analytical data
- Proactive with a keen eye for detail
- Operationally minded, with an understanding of supply chain processes
- Completer, finisher, forward thinking,
- Innovative, adaptable, and willing to embrace change
- Customer orientated
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- High standard of IT literacy - ability to use ERP and CRM systems, in addition to Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc.)
- EDI literacy is a plus
