We connect private, public, and direct-to-consumer care to create a member-centric healthcare experience and strive to help people live healthier lives while helping employers maximize the value of health benefits.We work with 35K+ companies, serve 730K+ members, and have reached €540M+ ARR.ResponsibilitiesThe Operations Coordinator works on a specific subset of services (e.g., claims reimbursement, fraud, clinic operations) and is involved in:Run our Insurance or Health services processes— these are the daily operational tasks our Ops Runners performDay-to-day follow-up and monitoringof operationsFlag risks and opportunitiesand support improvementsIn detail, your missions are :Operating our processessuch as invoicing or claims treatment, managing our provider network, and supporting internal teams (live and via documentation)Defining and owning the best monitoring schemeto track volumes, efficiency, SLAs, and identify risks or improvementsSupervising partnerships , participating in negotiations, and ensuring business continuityPerforming controlson daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needsEscalating feedbackand helping to prioritise initiatives to improve processes and servicesContinuous improvement(about 20-30% of the time): you may automate processes, improve external communications, audit processes, or automate steps using tools.Organization and scopeOur Run organization consists of pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for their scope. Topics include:Alan therapy— manage therapist relationships, demand vs. supply, and lifecycle steps (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, booking management)Claims— process claims, monitor provider performance, ensure on-time glasses delivery, and maintain customer satisfactionFraud— run checks on claims, investigate suspicious activity, and prevent fraudulent paymentsSetup— onboard/offboard customers smoothly and support invoicing; ensure consistent information for billingNote: we value flexibility; based on Alan’s needs and your interests, you may join different pools and explore new scopes over time.Experience and qualificationsWe are targeting a mid-senior level candidate.
