, an innovative payments hub designed to maximize value from every transaction. Sabre Virtual Payments allows our clients to pay anyone, anywhere and integrates seamlessly into their current workflows with the goal to change how travel payments is today to the benefit more our customers.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager Product Partnership role will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year strategy to expand and handle Sabre Virtual Payments Partnerships across the globe. You will focus on deepening and continuously improve relationship with current partners and identify areas to expand the business with them. At the same time, you will work in expanding the current network of partners to allow Sabre Virtual Payments to provide a comprehensive offer to our customers. As part of these efforts, you will find new partners on the financial services space (PSPs, Gateways, Digital Wallets, Payment Orchestration Platforms). while at the same time collaborate with internal teams to choose the one that best suits Sabre customer needs.
What will you achieve?
- Identify and source enterprise partnership opportunities with key partners within the financial services space.
- Drive commercial deals from concept to key terms to contract signature and integration.
- Deliver a great experience to our partners - you will represent our company and be our partners’ liaison internally
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial, Operations, Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities.
- Keep ongoing relationships with new partners and offer new ways to grow the partnerships.
- Keep aware of the market trends to expand opportunities and address new partnership areas with expanded services.
- Work with commercial team to deliver the best partners for our cardholder customers.
- Understand the market and define the strategy to keep a list of partners that provides the more comprehensive offering to customers

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Must Have Skills:
- 6+ years’ experience leading partnerships relationships in payments or travel payments
- 10+ years in Payments
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior team members and customers-even C level at top customers
- Strong commercial acumen
- Customer focus mindset.
- Exceptional communication ability
- Strong payments knowledge on different regions around the world
- Strategic and Analytical thinking with willingness to challenge the status quo in order to make partnerships happen
- Capable of managing and prioritizing several competing tasks
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and step out of the comfort zone.
- Experience on Issuing and B2B payments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Understanding of the Travel Industry and the GDSs dynamics.
- Experience with Online, Leisure and Business travel agencies.
- Multilingual: Main Language: English. Spanish is a plus.
