WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a GLOBAL HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONS, you will manage the SAM T&O function end-to-end (incl. T&O Strategy, T&O risk management, budget, resources, architecture, projects implementation, BAU operation of IT systems, cybersecurity, T&O policies implementation, management of 3rd party providers and local regulatory compliance). This is a C-Level role and is part of the SAM EXCO Committe

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- To participate in the embedding of the IT and Cyber Security Corporate Framework as well as the development and update of the related T&O internal regulation (models, policies and procedures), using as a reference those provided by the Group, adapting them to local regulation and standards, if necessary, and ensuring group validation as appropriate.
- To participate in the development of WM&I T&O global strategy through the established governance.
- To define and monitor the implementation of the T&O SAM strategy while ensuring that it is consistent with the business areas needs and that it is also coherent with the strategy defined by WM&I division and Group while committing to ensure adequate budget provision for global projects.
- Definition, planning and management of global SAM projects end-to-end working closely with WM&I CIO, CISO, CTO and Head of Operations.
- To design, develop, implement and maintain the SAM systems map including systems and infrastructures projects as well as those projects with impact in IT.
- To manage key elements (financials, IT service and development, systems plans, corporate alignment, operations service levels, digital adoption by IT, technology and operational risks, cyber security, data strategy, NPS, etc.) of T&O services.
- For Data:

- Define and develop the SAM data management strategy, working together with the countries and with WM&I data division.
- Overall management of the data lifecycle, ensuring data governance and control.
- Monitor compliance with global data management standards, reporting to the appropriate governing bodies.
- Management of the SAM organization of data management and supporting the digital transformation through involvement in transformation projects and ensuring that data is both customer-centric and business-centric.
- To contribute to the development of technical and operational talent of the SAM T&O key areas.
- To develop SAM sourcing strategy ensuring adequate capacity to address systems plans and including the T&O providers supervision.
- To report the KPIs and KRIs defined by Group in order to support WM&I division and Group oversight functions.
- Manage and oversee the SAM Operations function end-to-end and ensure collaboration with Group global Operations.
To participate alongside with his/her hierarchical report in the establishment of the regional/local Head of T&O objectives, his/her annual performance evaluation as well as in the decision related to his/her variable remuneration, also in accordance with the Group Subsidiary Governance Model

EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 10 years C-level experience
- Experience in the financial/banking industry.

- Superior understanding of SAM current technology, operations and processes
- Ability to understand the business context
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Proven experience of managing a large function and leading through change
