**SGTO / IT CIB is looking for a Head of EUT, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Head of EUT **, you will manage and coordinate our global EUT CIB Production unit (Europe, APAC, Latam and North America) with a specialization for the trading floor environment. The function establishes and drives the long-term strategy for SCIB EUT, its vision and culture to support and advance the business objectives, always from a business-oriented mindset, setting an example to the rest of the group for commitment, inclusiveness, and ability to manage and adapt to change.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Manages all IT related risks, as well as the tactical and strategic planning of the different actions and plans to be executed within the department. Analyses and compares industry and market experiences associated with Production. Compares key IT functions, major roles and interdependencies with those of comparable organizations.
- Contributes to the definition or architecture of the overall IT environment.
- Contributes to the creation of technology-related best practices and processes.
- Coordinates the development of new processes between support areas, infrastructure and product teams within the different domains.
- Build, homogenize and monitor the IT culture for business, overseeing the level of services and satisfaction provided to the customer and countries. Establish reporting and monitoring capabilities at all levels of the organization, processes and dashboards, indicators, KPIS, SLAs to ensure homogeneity. Maintain the service catalog.
- Adapt global solution standards, taking responsibility for their local implementation. Liaise with the IT EUT HQ area of the Bank for the presentation of proposals and reception of requirements.
- Advocates the importance of cost containment and rigorous financial management throughout the organization. Advocates prompt and timely reporting of financial developments and undesirable risks. Consults with senior management on financial management needs and opportunities for improvement. Budget and cost management

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in described fields
- Experience in support services and user-level technology solutions.
- Experience in team and helpdesk management
- Experience in project management

EDUCATION
- IT Engineer

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of economics and/or finance in the Investment Banking environment.
- Extensive knowledge of standard technologies in user environment.
- Microsoft, Mac, Linux, etc... configurations and products.
- Hardware products of user platform environment.
- PM (Project Management)
- English and Spanish (C1)
