The HR Manager is responsible for executing the local HR strategy in line with overall HR strategy for the site within the Switzerland, Germany and Spain country cluster.

The role has overall operational responsibility to manage HR processes and global HR initiatives effectively. He/she facilitates implementation of Human Resource initiatives, contributes to European & global projects and provides coaching and counseling to the respective Client Teams. This role will grow into supporting the EU-wide activities of the HR Business Partner, therefore experience and understanding of EU-regulated environments is key.

Key responsibilities:

- Supporting the HR Business Partner with operational activities and strategic projects
- Managing day-to-day HR responsibilities including providing consistent feedback to manager/employee questions and concerns for Barcelona site (ca 90 employees)
- Coordinate HR Administrative duties and responsibilities with HR Services.
- Plan, organize and assist in the implementation of human resources operational initiatives and projects.
- Provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to departmental issues and individual complaints.
- Responsible for operational topics as well as support for the local HR team
- To create relevant HR Reporting on a monthly basis.
- Lead or support in local HR projects due to Troy/IMC integration; and also onboarding programs, absence management, employer branding, employment conditions, etc. in close coordination with the HR Business Partner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Key requirements:

- Excellent understanding of HR.
- More than 5-7 years’ experience in the role.
- Experience supporting business.
- Strong knowledge and experience in organization development and talent managementAbility to work effectively in a matrix environment
- Excellent communication Skills and strong customer focus
- Project Management and Change Management Skills
- Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Spanish labor law and social security knowledge, CBA and tariff experience
- Experience of EU regulated labor environments and corresponding processes
