Company Description Avery Dennsion Job Description Looking for Only US CITIZENS HR Manager We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the legal compliance throughout human resource. Responsibilities Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system Answering payroll questions Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews Manage the recruitment and selection process Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Qualifications Requirements Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive People oriented and results driven Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field Additional Information Car is needed.
