**Appodeal** is an end-to-end solution that empowers mobile app growth and profitability. We equip mobile businesses with the tools and insights they need to thrive in a competitive market. As we scale, we're looking for a **Financial Analysis Manager** to join our Financial team and play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions across the organization.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead the analysis of complex financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports;
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast company and product performance;
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess business cases using financial and operational data;
- Deliver insights on economic trends, competitor performance, and market movements to guide strategic decisions;
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports to share financial insights with stakeholders;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure alignment on key financial metrics and goals;
- Implement and monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and proactively recommend solutions;
- Manage and develop a small team of 2-3 analysts.

**What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Consulting (Big 4), Investment Banking, or similar analytical roles;
- Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;
- CFA or related certification is a strong advantage;
- Solid understanding of accounting, valuation, and budgeting principles;
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can translate data into meaningful narratives for non-financial audiences;
- Proactive, structured thinker with attention to detail and a bias for action;
- Experience managing a team is a plus.
