**Job description**
Class is looking for an accomplished and experienced client-oriented person to help build and support the rapidly growing business in EMEA and LAC.

As an Account Manager EMEA/LAC (Spanish speaking) you are responsible for a defined book of business, with the objective of ensuring that your customers obtain maximum value from their Class products and services; ensuring the renewal and growth of your portfolio. You will proactively prioritize and strategize your accounts establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
The Account Manager will play an integral role in the success of the sales organization. Specifically, s/he will be responsible for:
- Managing software license sales renewal and supporting upgrading business in EMEA/LAC region.
- Own key aspects of the customer relationship, acting as both a trusted partner and a liaison within Class Technologies to ensure their needs are met
- Develop and manage strategic client relationships in order to boost satisfaction, increase adoption, ensure retention, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
- Providing timely responses to customers regarding product information, pricing, and company information.
- Helping to build the pipeline of business collaborating with Class's Commercial Team colleagues in the region, channel partners and sales leadership.
- Maintaining information in Class's CRM system.
- Preparing and reviewing communications to accompany renewal paperwork.**:

- Chasing renewal paperwork directly with client contacts and Class channel partners. Generate leads through client networks and relationship building activities. Supporting Marketing & Sales communications and raising awareness with our clients. Setting-up and supporting regional User Group meetings.
- Track client database usage to monitor product usage and tailor proactive customer outreach.
- Driving attendance at sales events and conferences.
- Assisting at and supporting Executive events, roadshows etc.
- Travel as needed for onsite client visits to provide account reviews, observe client processes and build customer rapport
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent work experience
- 3 years' experience in direct and in-direct sales/client management business, ideally in supporting/selling to an established customer base. Preference is given to software and educational experience.
- Proven successful track record in achieving and exceeding targets on a regular basis. Understanding and knowledge of sales into the Education sector.
- Ability to manage renewal/sales opportunities in a structured and documented fashion. Ability to quickly develop an understanding of Class's solutions and be able to communicate appropriate solutions to current and potential customers.
- Ability to meet set goals.
- Proficient in a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)
- Working knowledge of the Google Workspace (G-Suite)
- We are looking for fluent Spanish speakers, (Portuguese language is a plus) Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
