**Your Impact**

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing relationships with our largest enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted consultant, ensuring customers maximize the value of our product suite while aligning their business goals with our solutions. By building strong partnerships, analysing key performance indicators, and advocating for customer needs internally, you will drive customer satisfaction, retention and long-term success.

**A Typical Day**:

- Meet regularly with clients to review performance, present insights, and align our offerings with their evolving needs, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Maintain an up-to-date forecast and pipeline, ensuring accurate revenue projections and strategic planning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and competitive insights to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Act as the bridge between the customer and internal teams, balancing client expectations with business constraints while ensuring a smooth project execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, generating and sharing ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage your expansion sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve gross expansion of locations live and NRR targets, forecast revenue accurately, and contribute to Deliverect's growth.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to identify new expansion opportunities in your book of business

**Expertise**:

- 4+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic Account Management, preferably in SaaS, food delivery, or restaurant technology.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with frontline users to C-level executives, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Strong understanding of order management, POS systems, APIs, and third-party delivery services.
- Proficiency in data analytics and customer insights platforms to track trends, assess performance, and guide strategic decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.

**Additional Information**:

- We will consider applicants within +/- 5 hours of the GMT time zone.
- This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 4 days in office and 1 days working from home.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
